The Grassroots Award

The Grassroots Award was most recently presented to Emily Rogers Coeyman on March 14, 2006.

Presented on an occasional basis, the Grassroots Award is given to a citizen whose grassroots efforts have made a singular contribution to public policy, either by way of having had a beneficial effect on a public issue, or issues, or by contributing to a broader understanding of public affairs.
