club gives two special awards - one annual and one as the occasion rises -
to
bring attention to particularly worthy persons:
| The Benjamin
Franklin Award |
 |
| Presented
annually for the purpose of stimulating, encouraging and recognizing
exemplary public leadership, the Benjamin Franklin Award recognizes
those persons who, through public appointed or elected service, have
exhibited extraordinary integrity, courage and achievement.

Award

Award |
|
Presented on
an occasional basis, the Grassroots Award is given to a citizen whose
grassroots efforts have made a singular contribution to public policy,
either by way of having had a beneficial effect on a public issue, or
issues, or by contributing to a broader understanding of public affairs.
